What is different about this pen?

This pen design marries a fairly popular "demonstrator" type pen, where the ink chamber is clear, showing off the potentially matching ink color with something a little different, that being a display chamber that allows the owner to modify what is in that chamber, filled with a clear mineral oil that allows for slow movement of the items and being safe from evaporation or spoilage.
